ServiceMaxx™ is a PC application for diagnosing and programming Navistar® Engines, suitable for various truck fleets. It facilitates:

- Reading/clearing fault codes
- Viewing/graphing engine data
- Conducting special tests (KOEO/KOER, Injector Buzz, Cylinder Cutout)
- Changing parameters (Idle Shutdown Timer, Fan Control, Vehicle Speed Limit)
- Compatible with engines like DT466, VT365, and models from buses to heavy-duty trucks.

Designed to address a range of diagnostic needs, ServiceMaxx supports both new and legacy systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage for maintenance professionals.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  • Microsoft® Windows® Vista, or Windows 7
  • 1GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, AMD Athlon X2 or better
  • 2GB (32-bit) or 4GB (64-bit) of RAM
  • 300MB of available hard disk space
  • 1024 x 768 pixel monitor
  • One or more RP1210A compatible communication devices with SAE J1708
  • NOTE: Make sure to close ServiceMaxx before installing a new version

Any return shipping WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER unless otherwise agreed upon by AE Tools & Computers.

ALL license codes and/ or subscriptions are to be applied or activated within 180 days.

ALL items not returned after 15 days will be considered accepted as delivered.

THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING FEE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNS.

NO REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES GIVEN UNTIL THE TOOL IS RECEIVED, INSPECTED AND APPROVED FOR REFUND. DEPENDING ON TOOL CONDITION FURTHER CHARGES MAY APPLY.

Customers must work with a Tech Support agent prior to returning any item, to properly determine the next course of action.
