The Ford Motorcraft Service Information Subscription provides one year of OEM-level access to service, repair, and diagnostic information for Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles (1994–current).
With this subscription, technicians and shop owners gain factory documentation, including wiring diagrams, technical service bulletins (TSBs), recall information, service manuals, and repair procedures directly from Ford Motor Company.
This is the official repair information resource required by independent shops and fleets to perform accurate, efficient, and warranty-compliant service on modern Ford vehicles.

All license codes and/or subscriptions must be applied to or activated within 180 days.
ALL items not returned after 15 days will be considered accepted as delivered.
THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING FEE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNS.
NO REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES GIVEN UNTIL THE TOOL IS RECEIVED, INSPECTED, AND APPROVED FOR REFUND. DEPENDING ON TOOL CONDITION, FURTHER CHARGES MAY APPLY.
Customers must work with a Tech Support agent before returning any item to determine the proper next course of action.
