We offer these services to everyone regardless if they bought the tool from us or not.

I'm from outside the USA can I purchase a Support Package?
Our services are offered World Wide, this is not limited to the USA and Canada.

I purchased a tool from AE Tools, do I need to purchase a support package too?
No, the tool you purchased from AE Tools & Computers is covered by Lifetime Tech Support.

I purchased a tool from AE Tools, and want my support to cover tools that I purchased elsewhere.
You will need to purchase a Support Kit for any tool not purchased from us.

What's the waiting period for Tech Support?
AE Tools & Computers usually has a Tech available to help, in the event that all Tech's are busy, one will call you, freeing you from waiting on the phone wasting time and money.
